Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States.
Damaged or Lost Packages Rare Luxury Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@quaypatrick-designs.com with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
